THE STORY BEHIND: FROM COLD ICE MOLDS TO COOL CANDLESTICKS Good and fun ideas arise when you least expect it. We came across an old rusty iron box with some strange long tubes in it. We didn't know what it was and asked our supplier for an explanation. The tubes are used for popsicle sticks, which are sold at local markets. The box is filled with crushed ice to keep the ice cream cold and ready for sale. Now the iron box was old and rusty. We were talking about what we could reuse the iron box with the tubes for, and suddenly the idea of candlesticks arose. All it needed was a small iron foot. That same evening we had a sample ready for approval.
