Wooden jar

This jar has been specially selected by Sjælsø. Originally, these old wooden jars were used for storing food products such as rice and grain. They are all hand-carved from a single piece of wood. The wooden jar is decorative in itself and will add coziness and authenticity to any room in your home. No two jars are alike, and they will also vary in shape and color/finish. Some have been repaired with small old metal strips or rivets, which contribute to a unique and lovely expression.
