Old wood carvings with jute twine - Decorative ornaments with a history

Small carvings with a big story

These decorative hangings are crafted from original wood carvings taken from old doors, gates, and furniture in India. Each carving was once part of a larger structure or piece of furniture and still bears traces of the fine craftsmanship performed many years ago.

We have preserved the natural wood surface and fitted each carving with a simple jute string, allowing it to be hung on a Christmas tree, a branch, a wreath, or used as a decorative detail all year round.

No two carvings are the same. Small differences in shape, pattern, and the texture of the wood are a natural part of the product's charm, making every piece completely unique.
