Old wooden stamps with jute string - Unique ornament for Christmas tree or decoration

Old wooden stamps with a history

These small ornaments are made from original, antique wooden stamps from India, which were previously used for block printing on textiles. Each stamp is hand-carved with its own unique pattern and bears the marks of many years of use, making every single one truly unique.

We have preserved the authentic look of the stamps and fitted them with a simple jute string, so they can be used as a different kind of decoration on the Christmas tree, a branch, a wreath, or as a small detail on a beautifully wrapped gift.

The carved patterns and the warm wood patina make them small decorative objects that can create ambiance far beyond the Christmas season.

Hand-picked Treasures

These wooden stamps are part of Hand-picked Treasures – a collection of small interior and decorative objects that we select on our travels. Each product is chosen for its craftsmanship, its history, and its ability to add personality and warmth to the home.
