An environmental surcharge of 1% is added to the invoice amount.
We do not deliver to private addresses unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us for special terms for webshops with dropshipping.
If your delivery requires an extra delivery attempt, the additional costs will be charged to you. Please monitor your delivery and tracking number in your booking confirmation and on your customer account.
For pallet deliveries, an exchange pallet must be available for the carrier to avoid additional pallet charges.
If goods are damaged upon arrival, the freight company must be informed immediately and the damage noted on the shipping documents.
We aim to deliver goods as quickly as possible. Normal delivery time is 1–3 days.
Shipping rates are indicative. Sjælsø Living reserves the right to adjust and invoice for unusually large shipments.
Sjælsø Living uses an external warehouse for shipping – TMC Lager & Logistik. Our prices reflect the rates charged to us. In Denmark, pallet deliveries are mainly handled by Freja and parcel deliveries by GLS.
