Many of our products are original finds or made from old materials with natural patina and variations.
Traces of time, texture, and small imperfections are a natural part of the products' history and authenticity – and are not to be considered defects.

You have a 24-month right to complain according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain covers defects and deficiencies that were present upon receipt or are due to manufacturing defects.
Many of our products are handmade, original, or made from old materials.
Variations in texture, colour, patina, irregularities, and minor traces of previous use are part of the products' authentic expression and are not considered defects or grounds for complaint.
If your item has been damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after delivery.

- photos of the packaging
- photos of the damage
- your order number
We will then help you as quickly as possible.
