For pallet deliveries within Denmark, returnable pallets are generally used. The customer must therefore have an equivalent empty and suitable pallet ready for the driver at the time of delivery. If a pallet cannot be returned, the delivered pallet will be invoiced at up to DKK 100 excl. VAT.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure access to the delivery address and to inform us of any special conditions, opening hours, closing days or other circumstances that may affect delivery.

The customer must be available to receive the delivery at the agreed time. Failure to receive the delivery, unsuccessful delivery attempts or additional delivery runs may result in additional shipping costs, which will be invoiced to the customer.

In the event of visible transport damage, the customer must notify the carrier at the time of delivery and, wherever possible, note the damage on the consignment note or other delivery documentation. Sjælsø Living must then be contacted as soon as possible.
