Many of our products are original finds or made from old materials with natural patina and variations.
Traces of time, texture, and small imperfections are a natural part of the products' history and authenticity – and are not to be considered defects.

We will then help you with the return process.
Yes. Original items are also covered by the general 14-day return policy.
Please note, however, that variations in color, texture, patina, and small traces of previous use are part of the product's authentic expression and are not considered defects.
In case of order cancellation, the customer pays for the return shipping.
For approved claims, we naturally cover the return shipping costs.
You have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive the item.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase once the item has been received and approved.
You have a 24-month right to complain according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain covers defects and deficiencies that were present upon receipt or are due to manufacturing defects.

If your item has been damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after delivery.
