What do you get?

✔ Delivery to the GLS ParcelShop of your choice
✔ Delivery within 1–2 business days
✔ Tracking of the entire shipment
✔ SMS and/or email when the parcel is ready for collection
✔ Collection at your convenience

Good to know

  • You must collect and transport the parcel yourself.
  • The parcel is usually stored for 7–10 days at the ParcelShop.
  • Only items that meet GLS' size and weight requirements can be sent to a ParcelShop.

  • Smaller furniture and other items that are easy to transport

Delivery to private address

DKK 89 (daytime delivery)

DKK 99 (🌙 evening delivery)

What you get:

✔ Delivery right to your door – even if you live in an apartment
✔ Option for evening delivery, so you don't have to be home during the day
✔ Live tracking all the way
✔ Option to send messages or
delivery instructions directly to the driver until delivery

You will receive

  • Notification when your order is registered.
  • Notification when delivery is scheduled.
  • Notification when the driver is on the way.
  • A delivery window of approximately 1 hour.
  • Notification when the package has been delivered.

Good to know

  • The driver usually does not call before delivery.
  • If challenges arise – e.g., if no one is home or the driver cannot gain access – the driver will contact you by phone.

What do you get?

Some of our largest, heaviest, or most fragile furniture requires a special transport solution.

When you order an item with Special Delivery, we will contact you personally to arrange the best and safest delivery.

  • Special Delivery is clearly indicated on the product page.
  • This delivery method is automatically selected for these items.
  • We will together arrange the most suitable delivery based on the item and delivery address.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on destination and mode of transport.
