At Sjælsø Nordic, we love recycling and giving old materials new life through original, recycled, and upcycled products. Many of our items are unique – that's precisely their charm.

Dropshipping:

When your customer places an order in your webshop, you create an order in our webshop.

We pack and ship directly to your customer.

You and your customer receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping:

Parcels within DK are sent with GLS.

Parcels abroad are typically sent with UPS.

Pallet deliveries: Freja (DK) and Dachser (abroad).

Current shipping prices can be found in our terms and conditions.

Please note

Original items may vary in dimensions, color, and shape from the product images.

Some items are rustic, with patina or uneven shapes – these are not flaws, but part of the product's history.

We recommend that you clearly communicate this to your customers.

Complaints & Returns

You handle complaints and returns directly with your customers.

If the error is ours, we will arrange redelivery, refund, or another solution.

Marketing

We offer:

Product and inspiration images.

Stories about the products' origins.

Social media material, company description, and logo for your webshop.

Newsletters with tips, campaigns, and product news.

Tip: Products with a good story and beautiful pictures sell best. We are happy to help with both.
